Herring's best fed once or twice a week rather than every day. That's not a caution, it's simply how an oily fish works best in a raw diet, and used that way it's one of the easiest wins you can make.
Each fish is fed whole, bones and all, exactly as it comes out of the bag. There's no prep beyond letting it thaw, no filleting, no waste.
It's naturally rich in omega-3 and omega-6, good for skin, coat and joints.
This is an addition to your dog's usual food rather than a meal on its own, built into their normal raw the same way you'd add in any oily fish.
Keep it frozen until you need it. Once thawed, treat it like any raw meat and use within 48 hours.
New to raw feeding, or not sure how oily fish fits alongside what your dog already eats? Visit us in-store and we'll talk you through it.
