Fresh cooked sits neatly between raw and dry, more like a meal you'd cook at home than anything processed. Some of it lives in the freezer, the same as raw. Some doesn't, kept happily in the cupboard instead, so there's an option here that skips the freezer space and the defrosting too, if that's what's put you off raw before.
