- WHO CAN ATTEND PUPPY HOUR?
Puppy Hour is for puppies who have been fully vaccinated and are under 20 weeks old.
- IS IT NECESSARY TO RESERVE A SPOT FOR PUPPY HOUR?
Availability for Puppy hour is not assured, and if our shop reaches its maximum occupancy, you might be denied entry. To inquire about securing a spot for your pup, please fill out our booking request form or reach out to the store directly.
- SHOULD I BRING ANYTHING TO PUPPY HOUR?
Although we provide toys and engaging activities at our store, you might consider bringing your pup's favourite treats to assist with training. For safety purposes, please make sure your puppy is fitted with a collar and identification tag while in the store.
- WHAT IF MY PUPPY IS NOT HOUSE TRAINED YET?
Mishaps can occur, and we've set up cleaning stations to help with any accidents. If an accident takes place, it should be promptly cleaned up.
- WHO IS IN CHARGE OF SUPERVISING MY PUP?
Owners are required to continuously monitor their puppies, as well as any accompanying children. Both puppy parents and K9 Active employees need to be attentive to the puppies' activities and intervene if any unacceptable behaviour occurs.
