- WHO CAN ATTEND PUPPY HOUR?
Puppy Hour is for puppies who have been fully vaccinated and are under 20 weeks old.
- IS IT NECESSARY TO RESERVE A SPOT FOR PUPPY HOUR?
Availability for Puppy hour is not assured, and if our shop reaches its maximum occupancy, you might be denied entry. To inquire about securing a spot for your pup, please fill out our booking request form or reach out to the store directly.
- SHOULD I BRING ANYTHING TO PUPPY HOUR?
Although we provide toys and engaging activities at our store, you might consider bringing your pup's favourite treats to assist with training. For safety purposes, please make sure your puppy is fitted with a collar and identification tag while in the store.
- WHAT IF MY PUPPY IS NOT HOUSE TRAINED YET?
Accidents happen, especially with excited pups in a new place, and that's completely normal. We keep cleaning supplies close to hand, so if there's a little mishap, we'll get it sorted quickly and with no fuss.
- WHO IS IN CHARGE OF SUPERVISING MY PUP?
We'd ask puppy parents to keep a close eye on their pup throughout the hour, along with any children who've come along too. Our team will be keeping watch as well, and we're always happy to step in if anything gets a bit too boisterous.
