Membership Card
Your K9 VIP Club loyalty card is your key to unlocking all these fantastic benefits. Please present it at the till with every purchase.
This card is registered to you and cannot be transferred. If it's lost or stolen, let us know ASAP so we can issue a new one (a small fee may apply).
Points and Expiration
As a valued member of the K9 VIP Club, your reward points play an important role in enhancing your experience with us. These points are available for use as long as your membership remains active and fully paid. Please be aware that if your membership is cancelled for any reason, any unused reward points will no longer be valid and cannot be redeemed.
