Raw and natural food in the freezers, quality harnesses and coats you can try on before you buy, a treat counter you can fill yourself, and someone on hand who's happy to talk through what suits your dog. Fill a bag with whatever your dog goes daft for. Pigs ears, hairy rabbit ears, chicken feet, wee sausage bangers, giant lamb sticks, bully sticks, salmon skin rolls and plenty more. All natural, no mystery ingredients, and you take exactly as much or as little as you fancy.
It's also the easiest way to try something new without committing to a whole bag of it.

Raw food from Nutriment, Naturaw, Wilder, Mersey RAW, Henley RAW, Naked Dog, Betsy's and Dougie's and more, plus raw bones, chews and frozen treats. Frozen food doesn't travel, so it's collection or local delivery only, and that's why it's worth the trip.

Choosing food for a dog who can't tell you what they think of it is hard, and the labels don't make it any easier.
So ask us. We feed most of what's on these shelves to our own dogs, and we'd far rather spend ten minutes working out what suits yours than sell you a bag you end up giving away. Fussy eaters, sensitive tummies, a puppy moving on to adult food, an older dog going off their dinner, or whether a supplement's worth adding. We've had all of those conversations more times than we can count.
We stock Ruffwear, Hurtta, EzyDog and Rukka, plus a handful of other brands we trust. If it won't hold up to a proper walk, it doesn't go on the rail.
Harnesses, coats, collars, leads, boots and toys, all there to see and try on before you buy. A fit that looks right in a photo can still be wrong for your dog, which is exactly what the free fittings below are for.
Free harness fittings and free dog weighing. No need to book either one.
A tape measure, a pocket of treats and someone who's done it a few thousand times. Fit is the difference between a harness your dog forgets they're wearing and one that rubs, slips or comes off at the worst moment. It takes ten minutes and it's worth doing properly.
Our scales are big enough for an Irish Wolfhound, and you're welcome to use them any time we're open. Handy for keeping track of a dog on a diet, a puppy who's growing, or working out feeding amounts.
Every second Saturday from 9am to 10am, we close the shop to everyone else and open it up for puppies.
It's for pups under 20 weeks who are fully vaccinated, and it's a safe, supervised place for them to meet other dogs, get used to a new environment and start building confidence. There are toys, treats, and 10% off anything you buy while you're here.
Members get 5% cashback in store on every visit, plus our 5th Saturday sale days, when you get 20% off everything you can fit in your VIP bag.

Order online and collect from the shop, usually the same day. Plenty of people order in the morning and pick up at lunchtime.
