Wilder Fish & Beef is a raw mince that pairs sustainable white fish with grass-fed Irish beef, for dogs who do well on a richer, oilier feed. It's made to an 80/10/10 BARF ratio, 80% meat, 10% bone and 10% organ, using 60% beef, 30% fish, 5% beef liver, 2.5% beef kidney and 2.5% beef pancreas, so the meat, bone and organ balance is done for you.
It's a high-protein, grain-free meal with a slightly higher fat content than our other Wilder blends, at 15.6% crude fat. The white fish brings natural oils into the mix, which can be a handy addition for skin and coat condition, while the grass-fed beef adds a good source of iron and B vitamins. It comes frozen fresh to lock in quality. Defrost overnight in the fridge, use within three days, and don't refreeze.
Suitable for adult and senior working dogs, it suits dogs who need a bit more condition on them, or owners keen to add an oily fish option into their dog's protein rotation. Being a richer blend, it's worth introducing gradually if your dog isn't used to fish or a higher fat content. As a general guide, adult dogs need around 2-3% of their ideal body weight a day, with small breeds often needing nearer 4-5%.
