Naturaw Forage: Free Range Pork is a complete raw meal built around free range, outdoor-reared British pork (not just free range bred) with free range British chicken. It's formulated to FEDIAF guidelines to provide everything an adult dog needs daily, so there's nothing extra to add on the side.
Alongside the pork (meat, heart and liver) and chicken (with bone), it includes Naturaw's Forage blend of whole foods: MSC-certified oily fish, hand-harvested organic Scottish seaweed, wheatgrass, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, Scandinavian blue mussel, cleavers and nettles, plus organic broccoli, whole blackberries, organic kale, free range British egg and a touch of Yorkshire sea salt. Naturaw picked chicken and pork for this recipe specifically because they're two of the lowest carbon-producing meats, efficient at turning feed into meat and needing less water, energy and fertiliser than other meats, so this recipe works out lower in carbon on average than their other raw ranges. Some of the organic veg is even grown just a couple of miles from their Yorkshire kitchen.
It comes frozen to lock in freshness. Defrost in the fridge, use within three days, and it's fine to portion and refreeze. As a general guide, feed 2-3% of your dog's ideal body weight a day. It's a solid everyday option if you like the idea of a lower-impact recipe without compromising on quality.
