Do I need to sign for my delivery
Yes. All orders are sent either Royal Mail Recorded or via a Courier service in the case of large items and a signature will be required on delivery in most cases. If you are not in when a delivery attempt is made a card will be left to advise where you can collect your order or re-arrange a new delivery time.

What if you're not in when we deliver?
Deliveries by our couriers are usually made between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. In the case of Royal Mail deliveries these can also be on a Saturday. If you or the intended recipient is not available at the time of delivery the courier company will leave a card to advise of their delivery attempt. Follow the instructions on this card to either collect your order or re-arrange a suitable delivery time.

Which carrier will deliver my goods?
Most orders will be delivered via Royal Mail but larger or heavy items may be sent via a courier service.* *With the exception of items sent direct from our supplier which will be sent via the suppliers chosen carriers.
