HOW IT WORKS

  • Add the items that you’d like and select K9active (Local Van Delivery) at the checkout

ORDER DEADLINE

  • Orders placed before 3 pm will be delivered the next working day Monday to Saturday
  • Orders placed after 3 pm will be delivered the following working day Monday to Saturday
  • You’ll receive an email advising when your order is out on our van on the day of delivery

DELIVERY COSTS

  • Weekday delivery for dog food orders is £2.99
  • Weekend delivery on Saturday’s is £6.99

READY TO COLLECT FROM 4 HOURS

  • After receiving your order, we’ll gather everything and have it ready to collect from 9 am the next day.
  • If your order is urgent just let us know when ordering or in the order comments and we’ll have it ready within 4 hours
  • If you wish to pick-up your order on a specific day just let us know
  • Kerbside contactless pick-up is also available just give us a call once you arrive and we’ll bring your order out to your car
  • You’ll receive an email from us when we have your order packed and ready for collection

HOW DOES K9ACTIVE FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE WORK?

K9active use our K9van for local deliveries of food. Once you place your order online or over the phone, a K9 Active team member will gather your order together and package it ready for delivery. During checkout, you can specify a safe place in the comments section where we can leave your order (front door, back door, garage, etc.) Your order can also be left by your door for contactless delivery.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME?

If you’re not home at the time of our delivery, your order will be placed at your door, in an area hidden from street view or the safe place advised at checkout, when possible.

WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND MY FAVOURITE PRODUCTS ONLINE?

We don’t have all of our products available online but are adding more all the time. If your favourite isn’t listed, you can request this, and we’ll be happy to add where possible. If you would like to order something we don’t currently have in our online store, please call the shop to make the purchase. We will be happy to schedule a delivery for you.

DO K9 ACTIVE DELIVER FROZEN ITEMS?

Yes! However, if ordering frozen items, we highly recommend you plan for someone to be home to accept the delivery in person. K9 Active does not accept responsibility for any items that may spoil due to being left unrefrigerated following delivery.
