The durable nylon material has reflective thread sewn in through the entire collar. This effectively makes the Star collar glow in the dark.
The Rukka design buckle is fast opening and has an integrated lock mechanism for added safety. If you have a dog that pulls then the two D-rings are for you. Attach you leash to both rings and this will take all the pulling pressure away from the buckle, which gives greater safety and strength.

Great product - reflective dots so pup can be seen at night. Martingale type feature which helps prevent pulling but doesn't seem to bother her. Lots of adjustment for growth. Love it. Thanks.
