With the Swamp Cooler Core, all you need to do is soak it in water from the tap or your water bottle, ring it out, then fasten around your dog’s harness, and you’re ready to go!
The Swamp Cooler Core is an add-on product that is specially designed to cool your dog’s chest and stomach area, helping to reduce their overall core temperature. This is a chest plate that can easily be attached to a range of Ruffwear Harnesses or Backpacks (check compatibility below), by using the comfortable Velcro fasteners. This add-on won’t affect your dog’s movements, it just works to keep them cool. It’s quick and easy to put on or take off, meaning it won’t disrupt your daily routine. The material is made from air mesh which efficiently absorbs water, provides abrasion resistance, adds extra padding and support when lifting and assisting dogs.
As with all Ruffwear Swamp Cooler products, the Cooler Core is designed with an innovative three-layer system which uses evaporative cooling to keep your dog comfortable in high temperatures.
