'Boris' (5 year old lemon cocker) is as pleased with my purchase as I was with the fast delivery and service. This is the best glowing ball on the market just don't throw it in a swimming pool as we did otherwise it just ends up being just a good ball. We reserve this ball type for dry use only now. This ball is about the only one we've found on the market that Boris doesn't chew through and it's big enough not to be a choking hazard. It attracts constant attention from other dog owners and makes Boris visible to drivers in the dark as he carries it. Great product but corrosion can get to it if water leaks in and you might need spare batteries with repeated and long use. We keep a stash in a drawer. You will need considerable strength and the end of a piece of cutlery to prize out the bung which seals the electronics. All that being said I rate this A+ and hands down it's Boris' very favourite toy.

I bought this one as a replacement for one we had which stopped working after water got into the battery area. I didn't mind that too much as the dog had great fun playing with the ball. Howere the new one didn't work despite me almost breaking my fingers trying to get it to work. I thought that maybe there was a faulty battery connection with a lot of effort I managed to locate the battery which worked perfectly when I pressed it. So I tried and I tried and I tried on & On & On to replace the battery cover and despite my best efforts, my husbands, my grandsons & my daughter tpe cover could not be replaced. How disappointed I after all this effort to not be able to give the ballto the dog to play with we just had to use a tennis ball and shine the torce when we were throwing it. A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT all round Sorry!!! couldn't recommend it.
